Big Red Daytona 1984-85 model in stock. A beautiful dial with the popular silver dial and the word DAYTONA printed in red at the 6 o'clock position. There is no original luminous fade or dirt. The hands are original tritium and there is a slight black stain on the luminous material, but it is not noticeable.
The bezel is Mark 3 and appears to be non-polished. The case is also non-polished or in very close to it condition. The pushers were replaced with Mark 3 during the overhaul.
The bracelet is an original 78350 hard bracelet with FF571 and almost no stretching. (Only the clasp was replaced later.)

Overall, it is a piece that shows almost no signs of use, and no matter how you look at it, it is a sleek and innocent piece that you would never guess is 40 years old.

It also comes with the receipt from when it was purchased in 1985. It appears to have been well-cared for. It was purchased in France, had maintenance done at Rolex France, and then came to Japan.

Really good ones are hard to come by, so if you've been looking for one, consider this your chance.
