Reservation and the day of the event

1. Reservation request : Submit desired date and time, purpose, number of people, and equipment using the form below.

2. Availability check/quote : We will inform you of the price reflecting the stock and options

3. Confirmation/Payment : Reservation is confirmed by advance payment (credit card/bank transfer)

4. On the day of use : We will guide you through entering and exiting the room and important points to note. After the room is cleared, we will check the room's condition.

Precautions

• Please return the room to its original state/Take your own trash with you (fees apply for collection: +¥□,□□□)

• No fires or strong odors allowed. Please consult in advance if you are bringing pets.

• Please apply it to walls, floors, and ceilings after proper protection . Nails and screws are not permitted.

• Loud noise is prohibited to consider neighbors (simple measuring devices are available)

• No smoking inside the studio

Date changes are free of charge up to one time (up to 7 days in advance; cancellation regulations apply after that).

A. Yes, it is possible. If you have large equipment, please let us know the size and weight in advance.

A. Yes, it is possible. Please return the space to its original state when you are finished.
