We have a 1972 Double Red Sea-Dweller with serial number 351xxxx in stock. This is a fine example that has been overhauled by Rolex Japan and an official authorized store. The dial is in mint condition with no blemishes and the luminous material has aged yellow. The hands are also original tritium and have aged yellow like the luminous material on the dial. Both are untouched factory originals.

The Mark 3 has double red letters that are thin, clear, and clean, and is characterized by an open 6. The ROLEX engraving on the back is engraved horizontally, and the last three digits of the serial number are engraved near the center of the inside of the back. Of course, there is also a 1972 engraving.
The bezel appears to have been replaced during an overhaul by Rolex Japan in 2006, but rest assured that it is possible to find an original copy separately and this will not significantly lower the value of this particular watch.
As for the bracelet, it appears that the previous owner had fitted a 93150 hard bracelet (although there are no signs of use), and the bracelet you receive will be original 9315, so we will change it to the original 9315 bracelet when we deliver the item to you.

This is a very good watch that has been overhauled without any replacement of the hands or case back. Mark 3 dials are surprisingly hard to find.

This one is in very good condition, but the price is relatively low. If you come across a good one, be sure to grab it.
