My personal favorite is the Rolex Sports Explorer 1 ref. 1016R. The final R and L series is the completed version of the 1016, and with its movement (Cal. 1570), highly visible dial, and excellent case size, I think it will go down in history as a standard masterpiece.

The item we have in stock this time is in a deadstock condition with almost no signs of use. Of course, it has an all-tritium fat font dial and a set of hands. The bracelet is 78360/FF580 and the clasp code is also a factory original that matches the era. The final overhaul was carried out at Rolex Japan in March 2019.
