Kodak delivered a set of military camera Kardon body and Ektor 47mm to the US military around 1949, but this is the civilian version (CIVILIAN) (there are far fewer Civilians in number). The mount is L39, so you can use it with Leica by attaching an LM adapter.
As you can see in the image, it uses an elaborate mechanism for adjusting the focus with a jagged dial. However, if it is difficult to turn, you can also use it by turning the knurled part on the lens barrel.
It was made to military specifications at the time, so it is sturdy and the image quality is quite good. The color is like a calm old lens. It creates a cool and moist image.
The lens is clean with no mold, cloudiness, scratches, etc. Focus, aperture, and other functional aspects can be used without any problems. Everything has been checked.
