1969年製のOyster Perpetual Ref.1002、グレーダイヤル国際保証書付き。
少し珍しい、サンレイ仕上げのグレーダイヤル。鏡面仕上げのシンプルなインデックスとのバランスがとても良いです。ヴィンテージの雰囲気を感じられる一番の要素はやはりドーム型のプラスチック風防。その形状と、34mmケースの控えめなサイズ感も相まって、腕へよく馴染んでくれます。夜行はオリジナルのトリチウム、Cal.1570のハックなしです。ケースは過度に荒れた印象はなく、全体として丁寧に残っている個体だと思います。
ブレスレットはSSの7835 FF257 オイスター巻きブレスで、刻印は71年4期。時計本体は1969年製ですが、保証書の販売が71年なのでオリジナルかと思います。サンレイのグレーダイヤル、34mmケース、巻きブレス、全体の雰囲気がバッチリなの1002です。

A 1969 Oyster Perpetual Ref.1002 with grey dial and international guarantee.

It features a slightly uncommon sunburst grey dial, paired beautifully with simple polished hour markers. One of the strongest vintage elements here is the domed acrylic crystal, which, together with the restrained 34mm case size, gives the watch a very natural presence on the wrist. The lume remains original tritium, and it is fitted with a non-hacking Cal.1570. The case does not give the impression of being overly worn, and overall it feels like a watch that has been kept with care.

The bracelet is a stainless steel 7835 Oyster folded-link bracelet with FF257 end links, stamped 4th quarter of 1971. The watch itself is from 1969, but the guarantee was sold in 1971, so the bracelet also appears to be original to the watch. The combination of the sunburst grey dial, 34mm case, and folded-link bracelet gives this Ref.1002 a particularly strong overall charm.
